Clients are free to reschedule appointments as many times as necessary up until 12 HOURS before their appointment time. Rescheduling within 12 hours of your appointment will result in being charged 25% of your service total before taxes.
You are free to cancel your appointment up until 24 HOURS BEFORE your appointment time. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment may result in being charged 50% of your service total. Emergencies happen, please let us know as far in advance as possible.
Cancelling services during the time of the appointment will be charged 50% of those combined services you are not receiving. You are free to change your services online up until 12 hours before your appointment time.
If you do not notify us of cancellation and no show your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your service total before taxes. If multiple offenses occur, you will be unable to book online and will be placed on a waiting list for the next available appointment.
